Ardent Haus German Shepherds, llc. is located in central Iowa. My number one focus is health and temperament! I strive to breed and maintain the lines of the old-fashioned style German Shepherds like the ones I grew up knowing. They are taller, with straight backs and thicker bone structures. Very stunning in appearance! A wonderful, quality, family companion German Shepherd!
Visitors are always welcome! However, since I do work outside of the home an appointment must be made. PLEASE NOTE: A phone visit is REQUIRED before I will accept a reservation on a litter. It is also REQUIRED before I will schedule an appointment for an in-person visit. |

CERTIFICATIONS All of my parent dogs are AKC registered. I have OFA certifications (or pre-lim’s) for hips and elbows, or PennHIP reports for hips, and DM testing done on all of my breeding dogs if they are not DM clear by parentage, before they become a part of my breeding program. This ensures the quality and health of my lines.
